Since pre-historic era, human evolution happens along with fruition of different mode of communications. Beside language, one of the most important evolutions of communication made by Man was bridges; though the first bridges were made by nature itself — as simple as a log fallen across a stream or stones in the river. The first bridges made by humans were probably spans of cut wooden logs or planks and eventually stones, using a simple support and crossbeam arrangement, as evidenced in the epic Ramayana.
SETU (Sanskrit, means bridge) is one of greatest invention of communication in the human evolution, which gone through different transfigure as per the prerequisite from time to time. But most importantly those changes made by precious human touch and skills along with the technical devleopments.
Saluting to this great invention of communication and with the core vision to provide the technical support blended with the human touch & skill, Setu Infra Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd.(Formerly known as SETU CONSULTING ENGINEERS ) got its shape in 2010 by a group of young civil engineers, educated from prestigious IIEST,Shibpur ( formerly known as a Bengal Engineering & Science University, Shibpur, West Bengal). Mingled with qualitative acquaintance of hundreds of years, sincerity and dedication, till date the organization has successfully completed several private and public projects since its inception, the list of which is available in the Download page.
